To download all your Event data:
- Navigate to the "Event download page"
- Optionally limit the type of Events you want to download using the form (eg. choose Beakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack Events to download all your Food related data) and click "Apply" to filter the results.
- Click the "xls" button at the bottom of the table to download the full set of Events.
- If you have hundreds or thousands of Events, it may take a minute or two for the system to gather all your Event data - in this case, you will see a progress bar.
- Your Event data will be automatically downloaded once the xls file has been assembled on the server. If the file doesn't download automatically, you can use the link in the confirmation screen.
To download data for a specific Event Category:
- Navigate to the "Log Events" menu tab.
- Click the "R" (for Report) beside the Event of your choice.
- Click the "All <<Event>>" data link in the "Download" block (Top right in the desktop version)
OR - Click the "CSV" button at the bottom of the Event table.
- Your Event data will be automatically downloaded once the xls file has been assembled on the server. If the file doesn't download automatically, you can use the link in the confirmation screen.
